Acknowledgment

1. Participation

I will participate in full for the two (2) days of 2020 Virtual Thanksgiving Camp on the following dates and times.

Day 1 - Friday, November 27th, 2020 (9 am to 10 pm PST)

Day 2 - Saturday, November 28th, 2020 (9 am to 3 pm PST)

2. Video and Photo Release - I hereby grant LA Woori Community Church and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the aforementioned 2020 Virtual Thanskgiving Camp on any and every outlet without compensation to me.

3. Content Privacy - I will not keep any digital recordings or photographs of the aforementioned 2020 Virtual Thanksgiving Camp for reasons including but not limited to distribution, copy, or personal use.

4. Refund Policy - Full refund on my Registration Fee will only be available until Sunday, November 22nd, 2020.

I understand that the Registration Fee is non-refundable after Sunday, November 22nd, 2020 4:00 pm PST.
